While not every project requires a design, larger or more complex endeavors may benefit from one to ensure accuracy in materials and measurements. Depending on the scope, we may provide an on-site quote or follow up via email, striving to complete the process within a week, especially during peak seasons.
Step 1 - Consultation
Schedule a consultation with our knowledgeable architects to discuss your vision. Depending on the project's complexity, we may offer a free quote on-site or require a design for accuracy. Our representatives will guide you through the process, providing insights and recommendations tailored to your needs.
Step 2 - Research
Review the information provided in your Sales Folder, which includes company details, photos, insurance, and financing information. Compare our quote with others you've gathered, focusing not only on price but also on quality and reliability. Research customer reviews on platforms like Kudzu.com to ensure confidence in your decision.
Step 3 - Contract
Finalize your project details and make any necessary revisions to the quote. To proceed, sign the contract and submit a deposit, typically done through Docusign. This step enables us to schedule your project and order materials promptly.
Step 4 - Installation
Once we receive your deposit and signed documents, our Purchasing and Planning Department will coordinate the installation schedule with you. Depending on the season, this process may take up to a week. We strive to accommodate special event deadlines whenever possible.
Step 5 - Completion and Payment
Upon project completion, your assigned project manager will conduct a final walk-through to ensure satisfaction. Final payment is collected during this step, providing you with the opportunity to review our work closely and address any concerns.
Step 6 - Warranty
Miller Landscape stands behind our work with an unmatched warranty policy. We offer a 90-day plant warranty and negotiate hardscape project warranties (such as stone, pavers, and woodwork) with customers, typically starting at one year. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities throughout the entire process and beyond.
