Most projects will need a design created for permitting or HOA approval. Homeowners must provide a survey to their designer to begin the drawing process.

- Minimum design time: 3 hours
- Revisions to the plan may require additional hours

Black and White Conceptual Plan
Dimensions are to scale and plant selection is labeled.

Colored Rendering

Lumion Video
Created using the 3D rendering, Lumion is a virtual walkthrough that moves throughout the property and provides continuous views of the completed outdoor living space from every angle.
Best for: Full outdoor living projects with multiple elements, homeowners who want the most complete preview of their finished space, or detailed HOA presentations.
