Design Packages
Creating a landscape design is a critical part of installing a new project. Our skilled and experienced designers work with a variety of budgets, styles, and materials and assist homeowners in capturing the perfect vision for their home. We believe that beginning the project with a visual concept helps to ensure that the customer’s expectation is met and brings clarity to the installation process. Additionally, most projects will need to have a design created for permitting and/or HOA approval. Homeowners must provide a survey to their designer to begin the drawing process.
We have four design options and during the consultation the designer will recommend the best type of design for your project after they assess the size of the property, the scope of work, and the visual expectations of the client. We charge $100/hour for drawing time with a minimum of 3 hours. Additional hours may be required for revisions to the plan.
